I had an incredible experience at Simmons Auto Shop that I’ll never forget. While driving through heavy rain with very limited visibility, I ran into a minor car issue that made continuing on the expressway unsafe. I still had a long way to go and was starting to feel stressed and worried. It was close to 5 PM—closing time for most shops—but I called Simmons Auto and spoke with Josh.
To my surprise, he told me he’d wait for me to get there. When I arrived, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Even more unbelievably, he didn’t charge me a thing. In a time when it's rare for someone to go out of their way, stay after hours, and help without expecting anything in return—even for a small fix—Josh did just that.
All he asked was that I pay it forward and wished me a safe trip. I was truly touched by his kindness and integrity. Josh is not just a great mechanic, but an exceptional human being. Thank you again—I made it safely, and I won’t forget your generosity.
